We The People demand action.
If you agree, send the below letter to your Representative now. Act fast.
Honorable Representative/Senator,
We The People have had enough!
We The People are aware Representative Jim Banks, (R) Indiana has submitted a House Resolution which can be described as “To hold individuals convicted of Federal offenses during the course of protests financially liable for the cost of Federal policing, and for other purposes”.
We strongly believe this is a good move in the right direction, and would like to see this bill being pushed through, passed, and made into Federal Law as quickly as possible.
We further demand that Working Taxpayer funds will not be used to allow those who are unemployed to participate in rioting, causing anarchy/ruckus, intentional damage, recklessness resulting in injuries and death in the streets of any city within the United States.
We The People further demand that any person convicted of Federal offenses during the course of protests such as rioting, assaulting law enforcement officers, aggravated assault on others, riot-related offenses, intentionally damaging Federal, State, or Municipal government buildings and/or property, arson on Federal, State, or Municipal government property, whomsoever is receiving or in the course of applying for government aid being administered to them in monetary form, whether Social Security, cash assistance, Federal student aid, food stamps, healthcare, unemployment, Federal grants, or any other form of Federal, State, or Municipal government aid, be immediately disqualified and continue to be ineligible for any Federal, State, or Municipal government aid of any kind – including special aid for incarcerated individuals, convicted felons, for up to 10 years, beginning immediately from the time of conviction.
Respectfully,
A Constituent of Yours
